Clinical Technician 1 - Radiology

Inova Fairfax Hospital – Radiology is looking for a dedicated Clinical Technician 1 to join the team. 

This schedule for this role will be Full Time | Days | 8:00AM – 8:30PM | Friday-Sunday |

Clinical Technician – Job Responsibilities:

•            Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurses.

•            Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors. 

•            Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.

•            Training:  Must be available six (6) for non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of:

•Virtual orientations (Two from 8AM -4:30PM)

•Virtual training modules.

•Classroom-style sessions: 8AM – 4:30PM (6 shifts total)

•On-unit shifts

•            May perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

•            Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

•            Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire 

•            Special Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English

•            Physical Requirements: Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds
