Compensation & Benefits: 

• LSW / LPC:  $55,000 - $68,000 annually


• LISW / LPCC: $65,000 - $75,000 annually


• Paid Time Off (PTO) Starting at 16 Days/Year

Position Summary:
Unison Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Substance Use Therapist to join our treatment team. In this role, you will provide chemical dependency treatment, case management services, and support clients in their recovery journey,

Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights:

  Provide direct mental health and substance use disorder services to clients as appropriate per licensure

  Document client and program activities accurately

  
  

Education & Experience Requirements:

• 
  

   Bachelor’s degree required. Master's degree preferred. 

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum of 6 months’ experience working with adults with mental health and substance use disorders

  
  


• 
  

  LCDCII or dual licensure as PC or LSW required

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in residential, MAT, or detoxification settings preferred
