Job Summary

Assist the Global VP of Education and Customer Success in the fulfillment of all company objectives related to education.

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish expertise in all Crown Aesthetic products and categories.
• Support designated region (East, West, or Central) with live virtual training and demonstrations, including multi-practice, weekly, pre-scheduled training, and personalized practice or national account training, as the business dictates.
• Assist Territory Managers within designated region in driving sales through education-focused field visits. Two-day field visits to include in-practice trainings/meetings and multi-practice dinner programs with high volume/high potential accounts.
• Support Crown GEM (2-day live training events at Dallas HQ), Aesthetic Institute Initiative, and other education initiatives as the need arises.
• Lend clinical expertise to content creation and training deliverables related to all Crown Aesthetic products.
• Assist with New Hire Training and Onboarding.
• Assist with new product launches.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Related Qualifications / Skills:

• Extensive clinical experience with medical aesthetic devices, preferably SkinPen or other microneedling devices.
• Exceptional clinical knowledge of skin care/science, ingredients, and formulations.
• Extraordinary presentation skills; ability to engage an audience in virtual training to small group setting to podium presentation.
• Strong written communication skills; ability to create content for education.
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to create and deliver a presentation from start to finish.
• As the position is 50% field-based, a valid driver’s license is required.
• 2+ years as a practicing medical aesthetician or nurse.
