The Clinical Trial Content Creation Hub Group Lead (Senior Director) will lead the design and delivery of experiences and communications for our clinical trial sites to create strong B2B relationships and make Pfizer the preferred industry partner. This leader will set strategy and drive development of high-value site partnership and study-specific value propositions, including experiences for investigators and study coordinators, field training and resources, and solutions that simplify study operations and enable continuous improvement.

  • Build and scale an in-house content development capability – overseeing the design and production of high-quality creative assets across print, digital, and video formats, significantly reducing reliance on external creative agencies and delivering meaningful cost efficiencies without compromising quality
  • Set and lead site and patient engagement content strategy across studies and programs, defining above-study and study-level approaches that drive sustained engagement, trust, and partnership from site feasibility
  • Serve as a senior partner to study teams and functional leadership to align on sites and patient content engagement initiatives, translating business needs into cohesive engagement strategies and content solution aligned with enterprise priorities and brand guidelines, while reducing CTB spend
  • Provide strategic oversight of Content Creation Team, guiding work from concept through development and delivery, leveraging in-house resources as well as exploring AI solutions, ensuring strategic alignment, adherence to timelines and budgets, and consistency of experience across portfolio
  • Develop and lead training and enablement resources for site-facing colleagues, equipping CRAs, SCPs, and study team members with practical tools and guidance to strengthen relationship-building and execute effective engagement strategies aligned to study goals.
  • Set and evolve the multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Clinical Trial Content Creation Hub, ensuring alignment to CD&O and OARS priorities.
  • Establish and maintain governance, standards, and scalable toolkits (templates, playbooks, style guidance, training) to ensure consistent quality, compliance, and brand alignment across studies and programs.
  • Define success measures and KPIs for site and patient engagement content and experiences; use insights to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate impact on study execution outcomes.
  • Champion change management, communications, and training to scale capability adoption across global, matrixed stakeholders.
