Clinical/Compounding PharmacistHealthCare Support is actively seeking a
Clinical/Compounding Pharmacist to fill an opening in Sacramento, CA.
Daily Responsibilities for Clinical/Compounding Pharmacist:- Work as a "production pharmacist" reviewing sterile compound work order for accuracy and completeness prior to compounding per policy
- Perform final quality check of all compounded products
- Supervise compounding technician in the sterile complex per policy
- Perform final check of all products pulled and ready to ship in the warehouse
- Assist warehouse technicians to maintain and control pharmacy inventory
- Shift: 8:30am-5pm Mon-Fri (Occasional on-call coverage may be required)
Required Qualifications for Clinical/Compounding Pharmacist:Preferred Qualifications for Clinical/Compounding Pharmacist:- Previous experience in a hospital
- Familiar with IV therapies and sterile compounding
- NV pharmacist license
