Clinically Licensed Therapist (PT)

InnerSourced Solutions is seeking a part-time, contractual, clinically licensed therapist to provide individual and family therapy for adults and adolescents. This is a contract, part-time position with full-time potential.  Part-time positions require a minimum of 10 billable hours per week of direct client contact each week. 

NOTE: This is a HYBRID position ~ some sessions may temporarily be provided virtually due to Covid 19 through 2025 pursuant to current COMAR regulations. Applicants MUST be able and willing to provide face to face sessions in the office or community if the client desires.

You create your own schedule (mornings, afternoon, evening and weekend hours), see your clients and complete clinical documentation in our HIPAA-compliant, EMR system (inSync). We are 100% electronic; therefore applicants must be computer literate.

Your Responsibilities 

• Schedule appointments with clients according to program standards
  

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs


• Develop individualized initial and concurrent treatment plans based on assessment findings


• Provide weekly individual and/or family sessions to clients using various therapeutic modalities


• Provide complete and timely documentation to support services rendered in our HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based EMR system. 


• Effectively communicate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a timely and respectful manner
  


• Uphold with high regard, the confidentiality of clients and follow all HIPPA guidelines


• Strict adherence to COMAR and CARF standards both in practice and in documentation

Requirements:

• Master's or above in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy) or Doctorate in Psychology


• Active License to practice in the State of Maryland as a LSCW-C, LPC, LCMFT, or licensed psychologist. 
  


• Must provide pdf of Maryland CAQH application


• Active Malpractice Insurance


• Active First Aid and CPR


• Must pass criminal and child protective services background checks


• Possess an active Maryland driver’s license & reliable personal vehicle


• Working knowledge of electronic medical records systems, Code of Maryland Regulations and CARF standards
