FLSA Status: Exempt
Salary Range: $65,586- $72,145 per year
A hiring bonus of $5,000 is available to external candidates with $2,500 paid upon hire and $2,500 paid upon completing 6 months of employment with St. Francis House.
There is a tuition reimbursement program of $25,000 that will be paid in increments of $5,000 at the end of each year of employment for the first five years of employment.
Job Summary:
The Clinician’s role is to provide low-barrier, “on-demand” and ongoing individual and group substance use disorder treatment for SFH guests. The Clinician will be a key part of operationalizing the agency’s plan to embed an intensive outpatient treatment plan into SFH’s menu of treatment services. This Clinician will work collaboratively with an integrated team of providers at SFH to stabilize our guests in the areas of housing, income, and behavioral health.
