About the Position – Clinician


The Clinician performs a variety of routine activities to provide psychoeducational care to clients receiving treatment.  This treatment includes various behavioral issues such as substance abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder, post-incarceration syndrome and co-occurring behavioral health needs. The Clinician works collaboratively with all members of the treatment team including the client and family in conjunction with the therapist/behavioral health professional and other treatment team members. The level of care for the program is Intensive Outpatient Services with specific curriculum and program design.


Your Impact Will Include:



  • Facilitate Intensive Outpatient (IOP) group counseling sessions using established psychoeducational curriculum and meet individually with members at least monthly.

  • Manage member treatment plans, track progress toward program completion, and oversee discharge planning.

  • Communicate member needs to the clinical care team, provide follow-up, and identify appropriate resources to support individualized care.

  • Partner with members to build roles and goals beyond recovery—focusing on employment, community engagement, independent living, and healthy social networks.

  • Deliver supportive services, including maintaining, monitoring, and modifying covered services, while adapting to fluctuating member flow and acuity.

  • Maintain comprehensive and timely electronic health record documentation, completing all required entries within 24 hours.

  • Collaborate professionally with leadership, staff, members, and external stakeholders, ensuring adherence to quality standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Participate in required clinical supervision and ongoing continuing education to maintain BHT designation and support professional growth.

  • Performing additional duties as assigned to support our mission.


Where You’ll Work



  • Primarily onsite at our offices.

  • Using standard office equipment, plus plenty of face-to-face interaction.

  • Some days will require long periods of sitting, standing, or walking.
