POSITION: Clinician/Mental Health Associate

WORKSITE: Kentucky River Community Care/Knott County Sapling Center

SHIFT: Monday-Thursday  10am - 8pm

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Regular Full-Time

SPECIAL SKILLS: Ability to utilize an electronic medical record, effective interpersonal skills, basic understanding of mental health, excellent clinical skills

DEGREE: Clinician - Master's Degree in approved Human Services field with LPCA, LPCC, LCSW, or a Bachelor's Degree in an approved Human Services field, enrolled in a Master's program.  Mental Health Associate - BA/BS in Psychology, Sociology, or approved Human Services field

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide Behavioral health screenings, assessments, and therapy with adult behavioral health.
• Complete documentation in an electronic medical record.
• Complete person-centered treatment planning with consumer.
• Provide referrals for Behavioral health services.
