Position: Assistant Teacher / Administrative Support (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Assistant Teacher / Administrative Support team member to join our school community. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who enjoys working with children while also supporting leadership with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Director with administrative tasks.


• Serve as a floater teacher, providing classroom support across different age groups as needed


• Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities, supervision, and transitions


• Step into classrooms to maintain coverage and ensure smooth operations throughout the day

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED


• Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting preferred


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills


• Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to support where needed


• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
