Closing Coordinator - Generous Compensation

We are looking for a Closing Coordinator responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Full Time: Monday - Friday (In the Office / NOT REMOTE)

Your specific duties will include:

• Assisting the Residential Closing department.
• Opening the order & request the Title Search.
• Clearing Liens & Judgments.
• Ordering Payoffs.
• Ordering Surveys, HOA & Estoppels.
• Working directly with all parties involved in the transaction to gather information and documents.
• Scheduling Closings.

Specific qualifications for the position include: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
