Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-of-day food prep and help shut down kitchen stations.
• Clean and organize the kitchen and dining areas post-closure.
• Cross-train in various roles to assist in all end-of-day tasks.
• Ensure compliance with closing procedures and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• No experience required.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments, both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Adaptable, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Meet physical requirements which include standing for up to 8 hours, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Confident money handling skills.
