Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their inquiries and selections of meat products, providing excellent service and product knowledge.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the meat department, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Prepare and package meat products for display, ensuring freshness and compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with the ordering and stocking of meat products.
• Ensure proper labeling and pricing of products for customer visibility.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new products to effectively assist customers.

• Previous experience in a meat department or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of different cuts of meat and safe handling practices is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
• Attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards for product presentation.
• Good communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
