Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations and closing procedures.
- Lead and motivate a talented team to provide excellent service.
- Ensure quality food safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
- Support training and development of team members.
- Complete nightly procedures: register counts, safe drops, inventory prep
- Assign closing task and follow up to ensure store is ready for the next day
- handles guest concerns professionally and promptly
