Technical Project Manager – Cloud & Infrastructure Delivery

abra’s Cloud Division is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects for internal teams and external customers.

We are looking for a project manager who grew from a technical background in infrastructure, cloud, systems, DevOps, NOC, technical operations, or implementation roles, and transitioned into project delivery leadership.

The ideal candidate understands how technical teams operate, can build trust with engineers and architects, and knows how to drive execution across multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects for internal teams and external customers.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall execution.
• Coordinate and align cross-functional teams including Cloud Engineers, Architects, DevOps, Infrastructure, Support, Security, and business stakeholders.
• Serve as the central point of ownership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring visibility, accountability, and successful delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, executive reporting, and follow-up activities.
• Build and maintain delivery routines, governance processes, and project tracking mechanisms within the Cloud Division.
• Identify and proactively remove blockers while driving teams forward without direct authority.
• Work closely with customers to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful implementations.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of execution and customer experience.

• 3–6 years of experience managing technical projects in cloud, infrastructure, implementation, managed services, IT operations, or similar environments.
• Previous hands-on experience in one of the following areas:
• IT Infrastructure
• Systems Administration
• Cloud Operations
• DevOps
• NOC
• Technical Support
• Technical Implementation
• Professional Services
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end technical projects.
• Experience working closely with engineers, architects, and cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive execution without direct authority.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills, ownership mindset, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives in dynamic environments.
• Fluent Hebrew and English.

Significant Advantages

• Experience working in AWS and/or Microsoft Azure environments.
• Experience leading cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, Microsoft 365, managed services, or enterprise implementation projects.
• Experience in customer-facing delivery roles.
• Background in enterprise IT environments.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or similar.
