Job Description:
As the Enterprise Level Cloud Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving new business development and go-to-market strategies. You will leverage your extensive experience in selling cloud integrations, license assessments, and database management solutions to enterprise clients. This is a remote position based in the USA, offering a competitive base salary and a lucrative commission scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise market.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Utilize a hunter mentality to drive growth and expand market presence.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to effectively position our cloud solutions.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling value propositions and sales collateral.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise organizations.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their business challenges.
Sales Process Management:
Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and delivery, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide feedback to product teams based on client needs and market trends.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise-level sales, with a strong focus on cloud integrations, license assessments, and database management solutions.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a new business development role.
Experience in selling managed and professional services.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their application in enterprise environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong self-motivation and discipline.
