Job Description - Cloud Sales Operations Specialist

abra Cloud is seeking a Cloud Sales Operations Specialist.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our cloud business operations and sales processes. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates at the beginning of their careers who are interested in gaining exposure to the cloud industry and working closely with leading AWS technologies and platforms.

This role requires strong communication skills, excellent English proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple processes while collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers.

A full-time position, based in Ra'anana, Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute operational sales processes across internal systems and AWS platforms.
  • Create and maintain opportunities, quotations, and sales-related documentation.
  • Work with systems such as Salesforce, Monday.com, and AWS Partner Network (APN).
  • Coordinate processes between internal teams, business stakeholders, and customers.
  • Track ongoing activities and ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • Review, process, and communicate information in English through emails and written correspondence.
  • Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Support the Cloud Division in achieving operational excellence and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • High level of English, including strong reading comprehension, written communication, and email correspondence skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes accurately.
  • Service-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and AWS in particular.
  • General technological orientation and interest in the cloud industry.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar business systems.
  • Previous experience in professional services organizations.
