As a Skipper, you’ll be the heart of the experience. You’ll:

  Greet guests with energy and professionalism at the front desk

  Guide pup parents through the “I’m Here” check-in process for pet care services

  
  


• 
  

  Review daily appointments, prep food bins, and ensure every pup is ready to roll

  Oversee grooming appointment flow and client coordination

  
  


• 
  

  Manage incoming messages in Gladly, our communication platform (think: text, email, live chat)

  
  


• 
  

  Resolve client questions with clarity, empathy, and follow-through

  
  


• 
  

  Upsell services like bar memberships and grooming add-ons when it’s the right fit

  
  


• 
  

  Work alongside all other teams to keep operations running smoothly

  
  

• 
  

  Are detail-obsessed and love making processes feel polished

  
  


• 
  

  Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  Can confidently juggle tech, multitask under pressure, and keep a calm, friendly vibe
