Position Summary: The Club Concierge serves as the welcoming face of Courthouse Club Fitness, primarily responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining pristine facility standards. This role focuses on creating an inviting, clean environment while building meaningful connections with members through genuine hospitality. The Club Concierge ensures all areas of the facility meet our high standards of cleanliness and organization while also providing coffee bar and retail support services to enhance the overall member experience.

Hospitality Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with club access in a friendly, professional manner
• Conduct pool checks throughout the day to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Fulfill daily scheduled hospitality tasks to maintain club cleanliness and Courthouse standards
• Ensure high-trafficked customer spaces are orderly and clean throughout the day
• Restock all paper products throughout the facility
• Launder, fold, and restock all club member towel services
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in all work areas

Coffee Bar Responsibilities:

• Take guest orders and process payments
• Ensure guests receive quality, beautifully crafted drinks
• Maintain coffee bar cleanliness and organization

Retail Responsibilities:

• Sell retail items from coffee bar POS
• Maintain knowledge of products sold in the Pro Shop
• Alert the Hospitality Manager of inventory in need of restocking

Personal Profile:

• Confident, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook and a commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to accept responsibility
• Maintain current certifications and be a lifelong learner
• Critically assess own performance
• Mature, credible, and comfortable working with upper management in a clear and straightforward manner
• Set an example of excellence for staff to follow in conduct, habits, and treatment of others

Courthouse Club Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM
• Saturday - Sunday: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Department Shift Hours (may vary):

• Monday - Friday:
  • Opening: 4:30 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Mid: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Pre-Close: 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Closing: 4:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Saturday - Sunday:
  • Opening: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Closing: 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM
