Lead a local business—not just a gym

This is not a desk job. As Club Director, you’ll run the day-to-day operations of a community-based fitness club with an established member base.

You’ll have the autonomy to grow the business, lead a small team, and make a real impact—while earning a stable salary + performance bonuses.

What You’ll Earn

  $40,000 base salary

  $45K–$55K typical first-year earnings

What You’ll Do (Simple & Clear)

  Lead daily club operations and member experience

  Drive membership growth through consultations and local outreach

  Manage, coach, and develop staff

  Track performance and hit monthly goals

  
  

(Roughly 50% leadership / 30% sales / 20% operations)

Who We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Leadership experience (retail, service, fitness, or similar)

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable with sales and goal-setting

  Strong communication and people skills

  
  


• 
  

  Self-motivated and accountable

  
  

Fitness industry experience is a plus—but not required
