CMA/LPN - Primary Care w/OB

Description

The Clinic Assistant is responsible for a variety of patient care responsibilities and other related duties in the clinical setting. The clinical assistant supports the Health Care providers in the timely delivery of services per provider/physician/RN direction and according to clinic policies and procedures.  Primary float between St. Croix Falls & Lindstrom Clinics. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of provider
• Manages patient follow-up activities and responsibilities
• Complies with department and organizational standards

Requirements

  Education & Licensure:

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program - OR - Current LPN licensure in the State of Wisconsin and Minnesota
• Current BLS card required 

Experience:  Prior clinic experience preferred  

Additional Information:

• Work schedules may vary depending on the provider schedule and may start before 8:00am and end after 5:00pm
