Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) / LPN / RN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Nurse to join our family medicine clinic. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist with clinical procedures, and support our healthcare team in delivering exceptional service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures

- Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, administering injections, and preparing patients for examinations

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations

- Schedule patient appointments and manage follow-up care

- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care

- Handle administrative tasks including managing medical supplies and maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Skills:

- Excellent organizational skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

- Proficient in basic computer skills

- Current certification as a Medical Assistant or current valid nursing license in Iowa

- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
