Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CMM Operator who is also capable of creating and modifying CMM programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dimensional inspection of precision-machined components and be proficient in using Metrolog X4 software and familiar with 5-Axis Revo-2 operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate CMM equipment to perform detailed dimensional inspections
- Create and edit CMM programs using Metrolog X4 and familiar with 5-Axis Revo-2 operations
- Interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and GD&T requirements
- Document and report inspection results accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience operating CMM machines
- Experience with CMM programming (preferably Metrolog X4 and Revo-2)
- Solid understanding of GD&T and ability to interpret technical drawings
Nice to Have
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or satellite component inspection
