Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - 3rd Shift Full-Time

Location: Englewood, OH 45322

Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Including Every Other Weekend)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for the 3rd shift full-time position. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care during overnight hours, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.


• Provide compassionate and respectful care to patients, maintaining their dignity and privacy.


• Assist with patient mobility and transfers safely.


• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.


• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare team members.


• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.


• Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests.

Qualifications:

• Must be State-Certified as a Nursing Assistant.


• Previous experience as a CNA preferred but not required.


• Ability to work overnight shifts including every other weekend.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Compassionate, patient-focused, and dependable.


• Ability to stand, walk, and lift patients as needed during shift.

Work Environment:

This position requires working overnight hours in a healthcare facility located in Englewood, OH. The role involves direct patient care and requires physical stamina and attention to detail.
