CNA - Acute Care

WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Acute Care team for 13-26 week assignments. In this role, you will provide essential support to nursing staff and high-quality care to patients in an acute care setting. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, maintaining patient comfort, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for all patients.

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New York.
• Prior experience in an acute care or similar healthcare setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
• Ability to perform basic clinical tasks and assist with nursing procedures.
• Must be able to lift, move, and assist patients as needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
