Concierge Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Middleburg, Florida!

If you're passionate about helping seniors remain independent and comfortable at home, we'd love to connect with you.

Our private duty home care opportunities offer a more personal caregiving experience, allowing you to focus on one client at a time rather than juggling multiple patients in a facility.

We're seeking dependable caregivers interested in weekday or weekend assignments, supplemental hours, and recurring part-time schedules as client needs allow.

How You'll Help

As a member of our Middleburg home care team, you'll provide individualized support that helps seniors maintain their daily routines and quality of life.

Responsibilities may include:

• 
  

  Personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

  
  


• 
  

  Companionship and social engagement

  
  


• 
  

  Walking assistance and safe transfers

  
  


• 
  

  Meal preparation and light household tasks

  
  


• 
  

  Medication reminders

  
  


• 
  

  Transportation and errands when needed

  
  


• 
  

  Support for clients experiencing Alzheimer's disease or dementia
  
  

  
  

Qualifications & Required Documentation

• 
  

  Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license OR Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license and current auto insurance

  
  


• 
  

  Current CPR certification

  
  


• 
  

  Social Security card

  
  


• 
  

  Health statement dated within the past six months

  
  


• 
  

  Required caregiver training:

    2 hours of Alzheimer's training

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    1 hour of HIV/AIDS training

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    2 hours of medication assistance training

  Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening
