Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Description:
As a CNA, you will provide direct personal care to clients in accordance with the care plan. Duties include:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and feeding

• Supporting mobility and transferring

• Taking vital signs and assisting with medical equipment use

• Monitoring client condition and reporting changes to the supervisor

• Documenting care provided per Florida regulations

Requirements:

• Current Florida CNA license

• CPR certification (must be current and from an approved provider)

• Level 2 AHCA Background Screening

• Negative TB test or chest X-ray

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance

Home Health Aide (HHA)

Job Description:
The HHA provides personal care and health-related support, including:

• Helping clients with hygiene, grooming, and personal care

• Supporting ambulation and exercise

• Performing light housekeeping and meal prep

• Observing and reporting changes in client health and environment

• Maintaining accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Completion of at least 40-hour HHA training from a Florida-approved program

• CPR certification

• Level 2 AHCA Background Screening

• Negative TB test or chest X-ray

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Requirements:

• Must complete agency-provided homemaker training/orientation

• Must pass Level 2 Background Screening (AHCA)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
