Senior Helpers is actively hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) across Massachusetts. If you’re an HHA, CNA, or PCA looking for flexible schedules, steady hours, and meaningful work, this is your chance to join a trusted leader in home care.

We proudly serve families in Milford, North Attleboro, Bellingham, Franklin, Worcester, and surrounding towns. Immediate openings for HHA, CNA, and PCA shifts: mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, weekdays, weekends, and live-in. Full-time and part-time positions available (10–40 hours per week).

Responsibilities for HHAs, CNAs & PCAs:

  HHAs: Provide hands-on support with personal care, mobility, and daily living needs.

  
  


• 
  

  CNAs: Assist with bathing, grooming, transfers, diet monitoring, and recovery support.

  
  


• 
  

  PCAs: Help with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, and companionship.

  
  


• 
  

  All roles: Support seniors in maintaining dignity, safety, and comfort at home.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Active CNA license or HHA certificate, or proven PCA experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Must pass a national background check.

  A caring, dependable personality and commitment to helping others.
