CNA Caregiver Ambassador

At Commonwise Home Care, we’re looking for a compassionate, experienced CNA or LPN to take on a dynamic hybrid role—part mentor, part problem-solver, part direct-care expert. As our Caregiver Ambassador, you’ll support, train, and uplift our amazing Caregivers while continuing to stay connected to the clients and care that brought you into the field in the first place. You’ll also work closely with our top-notch Admin Team to ensure Caregivers feel prepared, appreciated, and empowered.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Caregiver Ambassador in our Williamsburg, VA market, you'll be a key player in delivering the premium level of home care we’re known for. You’ll collaborate with three main departments—Care Coordination, Engagement, and Care Management—to:

• Prepare Caregivers for new client assignments


• Personally introduce Caregivers to clients and orient them in-home


• Assist with ongoing in-house training and skill building


• Support caregiver appreciation and retention programs


• Conduct and document in-home client visits


• Help schedule caregivers for the best long-term client matches


• Provide emergency shift coverage during regular business hours

The Details:

Pay Range: $40,000–$45,000 (based on experience and training)
Benefits: Healthcare, generous paid time off, room for growth
Work Setting: Hybrid — based at our Charlottesville office and out in the field (mileage reimbursed)
