Certified Nursing Assistants Needed in Bismarck - Love Where You Work! 

Full-Time

36-40 Hours per week

Day Shift - Shifts are for 12-hour days 8am-8pm 2 days per week & every other weekend.

Night Shift - Shifts are for 12-hour overnights 8pm-8am 2 days per week & every other weekend.

Part-Time

20 + Hours per week

Flexible shifts are 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, 4pm-8pm, 5pm-11pm, 8pm-8am (Overnight) or any combination of your choosing.

Every Weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) 8am-8pm shifts includes a $5 per hour differential bonus if you commit to working every weekend*

PRN

32 + Hours per month

Flexible shifts are 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, 4pm-8pm, 5pm-11pm, 8pm-8am (Overnight) or any combination of your choosing. 

Status & hours available are based on client needs, more information will be provided upon interview.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will: 

• Provide high-quality care 


• Enforce health and safety standards 


• Help clients take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation 


• Help with mobility around the house, during appointments & errands


• Plan and prepare meals 


• Assist in personal hygiene for elderly clients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or accidents by attending to their basic needs


• Assist with physical therapy exercises 


• Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to do so successfully 


• Perform general housekeeping duties 


• Report unusual incidents and act quickly/responsibly in cases of emergency 

What makes you a great candidate? 

• An active CNA license


• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds 


• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and reliable daily transportation 


• Prior experience in a healthcare or in-home care environment (preferred) 


• High School Diploma or equivalent 


• Supportive and compassionate personality
