CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) - Adult Day Care Center

Currently, we are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at an Adult Day Care Center.

As a CNA at our Adult Day Care Center, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to elderly and disabled clients during their daytime activities. Your responsibilities will include helping with personal care, engaging clients in meaningful activities, and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the day. Hourly Rate: $22 to $24/hr.

Pay Period: Sunday to Saturday

Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Thursday via Direct Deposit

Shifts: 7am-3pm / 8am-4pm(8-hour shifts) - Full-Time & Part-Time available!

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Encourage participation in activities and exercises designed to enhance physical and emotional well-being.
• Monitor and document clients' health and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with all safety and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with other care staff to ensure comprehensive and individualized care for each client.
• Participate in staff meetings and training to contribute to ongoing professional development.

• Preferred language: Russian, Persian, Turkish
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a CNA training program is required.
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Experience working in adult day care, nursing home, or similar environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and compassionate approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle the demands of a busy care center.
• Strong observational skills and the ability to respond promptly to client needs.
