CNA Clinic Assistant/Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a part-time or full-time CNA Clinic Assistant/Medical Receptionist to join our team at Now Care Southgate Mall location.

    Variable schedule with shift differential pay after 6pm and for weekend shifts

The Medical Receptionist/CNA Clinic Assistant will:

• Welcome patients
• Complete the registration process
• Perform medical appointment scheduling
• Quote and collect payments
• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to facilitate patient care
• Room patients as directed by the primary MA or LPN
• Take vital signs and update clinical records
• Complete room turnover and cleaning
• Stock supplies and manage inventory 
• Maintain record logs for quality control
• Heighten the patient experience by providing extraordinary care

Minimum Requirements of the CNA Clinic Assistant/Medical Receptionist position:

• Previous experience in the medical field preferred
• Must acquire BLS/CPR training within 6 months of hire
• Able to complete proficiency and clinical skills competency
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency
