Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Dementia & Parkinson's Experience

• Speaking Farsi is a PLUS

Location: McLean, VA

Salary: $18-$20 per hour

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years 

Mandatory: Applicants must have clean driving record and clean background check

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to individuals with dementia and Parkinson’s disease.


• Assist with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.


• Help clients with mobility and transfer, ensuring safety and comfort.


• Monitor and document patients' health conditions, including physical well-being.


• Support with medication reminders and encourage patient participation in physical therapy exercises.


• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the office to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Must speak English as a secondary language, if not primary 


• Speaking Farsi is a PLUS


• Current CNA certification in the state of Virginia.


• At least 2 years of experience working with dementia and Parkinson’s patients.


• Reliable transportation to commute to client locations in Fairfax County.


• CPR and First Aid certification
