CNA - Evening Shift

Schedule: Rotating (4on-2off) 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Weatherly Inn is seeking full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at our beautiful assisted living community in Renton. This position is for our evening shift (2:30 PM - 10:30 PM) with a 4-on/2-off rotation. We are looking for dedicated, compassionate individuals who have a passion for serving seniors.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care in accordance with resident care plans.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist residents with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including grooming, toileting, dressing, bathing, and escorting to and from meals.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a safe, sanitary, and home-like environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Document vital signs accurately.

  
  


• 
  

  Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform housekeeping duties as needed or directed.

Qualifications & Skills

• GED or High School Diploma required.


• Current Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide license.


• 1st Aid/CPR certification (within 14 days of hire); Dementia and Mental Health Training (within 90 days of hire).


• Ability to read, write, hear, speak, and understand English.


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and promote an atmosphere of dignity and respect.


• Gentle, caring demeanor; reliable, teachable, and collaborative attitude.
