Job Description - Cna/ HHA

Location: West Palm Beach or Broward

About the Role:

Join Comfort Care Nursing Registry LLC as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) and play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate and personalized healthcare. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications, all while fostering a supportive and empathetic connection with clients. Your dedication to excellence will contribute to our mission of enhancing lives through quality care.

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes

Assist clients with activities of daily living

Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

Provide medication reminders

Monitor client's health status and report changes to supervisor

Assist in transportation to medical appointments

Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Maintain a professional attitude and appearance

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide certification

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Ability to pass a background check

Ability to work flexible hours

At least 1+ years of experience
