WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a CNA, you will provide direct resident care and assist with daily living activities while promoting residents' comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Essential responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and other personal care needs.
• Assist with lifting, turning, positioning, and transferring residents safely.
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing supervisors.
• Measure and record vital signs, weights, and meal/fluid intake as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Assist residents with meals, mobility, and daily activities.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Promote a warm, respectful, and positive atmosphere for residents.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in accordance with California requirements.
• Minimum 10th-grade education.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Compassion, patience, reliability, and a genuine desire to care for others.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
