Job Description - CNA Home Health - Centennial Hills

Days and Hours May Vary
6 to 14 Hour Shifts

NurseCore is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to assist an RN/LPN in providing in-home care to a quadriplegic adult male living in Northwest, Centennial Hills.

This role requires the ability to safely lift and transfer the patient in and out of bed, wheelchair, and vehicle, as it demands physical strength and stamina. Professional, polished appearance is expected. Nails should not be long or pointed to safely manage the physical demands of patient care.

The ideal candidate is patient, adaptable, and skilled at building trust, maintaining professionalism, and providing consistent, respectful care in a home environment with varying routines and client preferences.

What you’ll do:

Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing/undressing, and oral hygiene
Measure, empty, and record urinary drainage bag output
Assist in transferring and positioning to wheelchair, bed, and vehicle (including use of assistive equipment)
Assist with basic range of motion exercises, both passive and active
Light housekeeping and tidying up
Occasional errands
Other duties as assigned.

What it takes:

Drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid CNA licensure in the State of Nevada
Current CPR certification in compliance with the American Heart Association
1+ years of CNA/HHA work experience
Negative TB test within the last 12 months.
Successful completion of background check.

Salary range: $20 - $22 hour.
