Legacy Medical Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive instruction in nursing fundamentals, patient care techniques, and other essential skills necessary for students to become competent CNAs. This position offers the opportunity to educate both high school students and adults in a dynamic learning environment. 

Requirements

· Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Indiana

· Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and standards of practice.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds.

· Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and deliver effective instruction in a classroom and clinical setting.

· Proficiency in utilizing educational technology and instructional resources to enhance learning outcomes.

· Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a diverse student population and respond to changing program requirements.

· Commitment to upholding professional standards and ethical principles in teaching and nursing practice.

· Previous experience as a CNA instructor or nurse educator preferred but not required.
