CNA - Las Vegas/Henderson

Caring Senior Service of Las Vegas is seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to join our team in the Las Vegas and Henderson areas. If you are passionate about providing quality care to seniors and meet the qualifications outlined below, we encourage you to apply!

Position: Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
Location: Las Vegas, Henderson
Wage: $15.50/hour + DOE

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document and report changes in clients’ conditions to supervisors.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.

To be considered for this position, your resume must reflect your experience as a PCA. Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Must be able to work in the US.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current Nevada Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and Auto Registration.
• Reliable transportation.
• Current 2-Step TB test.
• Current physical examination (within the last 6 months).
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• PCA Certificate (proof of state-approved training course and certificate required).
• Proof of minimum PCA job competencies.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with an agency or facility.
• Ability to pass a background check, including fingerprinting.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training.
