CNA / Licensed Caregiver – Early Morning & Daytime Hours

Always Best Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable CNA or experienced licensed caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client requiring full assistance.

Immediate Need – Early Morning Coverage

2:00 AM – 6:00 AM | 4-Hour Shifts | 7 Days Per Week

We are open to caregivers who can cover some or all of these days, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to add consistent early-morning hours to their schedule.

Additional daytime hours are also available throughout the week for caregivers interested in a larger schedule.

Primary Responsibilities

• 
  

  Assisting with feeding, snacks, and hydration

  
  


• 
  

  Transfers and mobility assistance

  
  


• 
  

  Incontinence and personal care

  
  


• 
  

  Repositioning and general comfort

  
  


• 
  

  Monitoring and responding to the client's needs

  
  


• 
  

  Providing attentive, respectful one-on-one care

  
  


• 
  

  Helping maintain a quiet environment during the early-morning hours so other members of the household can remain asleep

  
  

Who We're Looking For

The ideal caregiver is:

• 
  

  CNA or appropriately qualified/licensed caregiver

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable providing full-assist care

  
  


• 
  

  Experienced with transfers and incontinence care

  
  


• 
  

  Patient and comfortable assisting clients with visual and hearing impairments

  
  


• 
  

  Dependable and punctual — especially for the 2:00 AM start time

  
  


• 
  

  Compassionate and respectful of the client's dignity and independence

  
  


• 
  

  Able to provide safe, attentive care with minimal supervision

  
  

Schedule & Compensation

Priority Shifts: 2:00 AM – 6:00 AM, 7 days per week
Additional Hours: Daytime shifts available throughout the week
Compensation: Competitive pay

You do not have to be available all 7 days to be considered. Please let us know which days and hours you are consistently available.
