Helping Seniors Live Independently

Your role may include assisting clients with morning routines, bathing, dressing, mobility, meal preparation, companionship, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments or errands.

You'll also provide patient, compassionate support for seniors experiencing Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia.

Requirements

• 
  

  Active Florida CNA license OR Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license and current auto insurance

  
  


• 
  

  Current CPR certification

  
  


• 
  

  Social Security card

  
  


• 
  

  Health statement completed within the past 6 months

  
  


• 
  

  Required caregiver training: 2-hour Alzheimer's, 1-hour HIV/AIDS, and 2-hour medication assistance

  
  


• 
  

  Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening
