YOUR ROLE: MAKING EVERY DAY BETTER

You'll be an important part of helping the client enjoy a safe, comfortable, and fulfilling daily routine.

Your day-to-day contributions may include:

Personal Care

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.


• Support with daily living activities and personal routines.


• Assistance with safe mobility and ambulation.

Daily Living Support

• Meal preparation and serving according to dietary needs.


• Medication reminders as directed.


• Assistance with prescribed exercises and activities.


• Light housekeeping and maintaining a comfortable home.

Companionship & Connection

• Providing meaningful companionship.


• Encouraging engagement in enjoyable activities.


• Offering patience, encouragement, and emotional support.

Care & Communication

• Following the established care plan.


• Monitoring and reporting changes in the client's condition or behavior.


• Communicating with family members and the care team.


• Maintaining a safe environment and responding appropriately to emergencies.

THE PERSON WE HOPE TO WELCOME

We're looking for someone who is:

• Compassionate and genuinely enjoys helping others.


• Patient, dependable, and respectful.


• Responsible and comfortable working independently.


• Attentive to details and able to follow care instructions.


• A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.


• Physically capable of performing the duties of the position.

Professional Requirements:

• Active Washington State CNA or HCA credential, as applicable.


• Current American Heart Association CPR certification, as required.


• Ability to successfully complete a background check and reference verification.


• Basic housekeeping and meal preparation skills.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous caregiving experience is welcome.
