Requirements

Responsibilities:

- In this role, you will be responsible for training and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.

- Conduct training sessions for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Personal Care Assistant (PCA) on proper care techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.

- Provide ongoing supervision and support to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in the field.

- Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs.

- Monitor and evaluate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Personal Care Assistant (PCA) performance to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and employee performance.

Requirements:

- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.

- Must have your own reliable transportation for travel to different client locations.

- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Requirement:

Med tech license and CPR certification.
