PACE, a member of Empath Healthis seeking a compassionate CNA-Dietary Aideto join our interdisciplinary PACE team in Bradenton, FL. In this role, the CNA-Dietary Aide will promote and follow all dietary policies and procedures to assist in menu planning, recipe revision and standardization, patient food selection and portion control. Additionally, the CNA-Dietary Aide will provide services to meet the care needs of ADC participants as coordinated with the center manager and registered dietician.

What You’ll Do
Follow all directions from the Dietitian and Center Manager
Assist with participant support, including ADLs and supervision as needed
Manage kitchen inventory, including food, supplies, and emergency stock
Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe kitchen conditions (“Clean as You Go”)
Order and restock kitchen and dining supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and health standards
Educate staff on diets and food consistencies as directed
Independently manage daily kitchen operations

What You'll Need
High School degree or Equivalent.
Current CNA License for the State of Florida
Previous experience as a kitchen aide and completed coursework in food preparation, nutrition or nutrition education helpful
ServSafe Food Handler Certified, or gain certification within 6 months of employment
Valid CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
