Your Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with personal hygiene (e.g., bathing, grooming).


• Support clients with mobility exercises as directed by the care plan.


• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments.


• Offer companionship and emotional support.


• Report any changes in client condition to the nurse case manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Indiana HHA License


• High School Diploma or GED


• Current CPR Certification


• Negative TB Test (within the last 12 months)


• Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and Reliable Vehicle


• Ability to comply with HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality


• Negative Drug Test and Clear Background Check


• Strong communication skills in English


• Physical ability to perform job duties and lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide (HHA), caregiver, Personal Care Aide/Assistant, or similar role.
