CNA/HHA (Home Health Aide) 3rd Shift

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) with experience in one-on-one patient care. This role focuses on providing personalized, high-quality care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities, monitoring health conditions, and ensuring overall well-being.

As a CNA or HHA, you will work under the supervision of our clinical team and office staff while collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Light housekeeping and administrative tasks may also be required.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Personal Care Assistance – Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and maintaining hygiene.
✔ Mobility Support – Assist with walking, transfers, and positioning to promote comfort and independence.
✔ Medication Reminders – Ensure clients take prescribed medications on schedule and report any concerns.
✔ Health Monitoring – Observe and document changes in client health, including vital signs.
✔ Household Assistance – Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation to create a safe and clean environment.
✔ Companionship – Provide emotional support and engage clients in meaningful activities.
✔ Safety Management – Identify potential hazards and assist with medical equipment use.
✔ Documentation & Reporting – Keep accurate records of care provided and communicate changes with the healthcare team.

• Physical Stamina – Must be able to lift, assist, and perform caregiving tasks such as standing and walking for extended periods.


• Basic Medical Knowledge – Understanding of medical terminology and caregiving procedures.

Requirements for CNA / HHA (Home Health Aide):

✔ Indiana CNA or HHA License (Required)
✔ Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance (Required for travel between client homes)
✔ Ability to pass a background check

Work Schedule & Conditions:

• Shift: 3rd shift (overnight)


• Environment: Primarily in clients' homes


• Work Setting: May involve working alone or with family members present
