Pay Rate: $22-$23/hr

WorkFit Medical Staffing is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for long-term care positions. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Your contributions will enhance the daily lives of those you serve and promote their well-being.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Administering medications and supporting residents with mobility.
• Monitoring resident health and reporting any changes to nursing staff.
• Providing emotional support to residents and their families.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Documenting care provided and all relevant patient information accurately.

• Current CNA certification in the state of New York.
• Experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting is preferred.
• Ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable nature.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
