Job Description - Cna/Mat



Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)


We are seeking compassionate and thoughtful individuals who share our passion for exceptional care in senior living. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. You will work under the supervision of licensed nurses to assist with various aspects of daily living and provide essential support to residents in need.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

  • Providing mobility assistance, such as transferring and positioning residents safely.

  • Monitoring and recording vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.

  • Assisting with meal times, including feeding residents who require assistance.

  • Supporting residents' social and emotional well-being by engaging in meaningful interactions and activities.

  • Maintaining a clean and organized environment for residents, including making beds and tidying living spaces.

  • Adhering to all safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure the well-being of residents and staff.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from licensed nurses




    Certified Medication Assistant (CMA)





    We are looking for a dedicated Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team and assist in providing exceptional nursing care to our residents. In this role, you will administer physician-ordered medications and treatments under the direction of a licensed nurse. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure continuity of care and deliver consistent, high-quality care.


    Responsibilities:



    • Provide total nursing care to the residents.

    • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

    • Ensure continuity and consistency in resident care.

    • Follow established routines and instructions.

    • Maintain a basic understanding of infection control protocols.

    • Foster a customer service-oriented attitude in all interactions.


    Requirements:



    • Current Oklahoma CMA certification.

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.

    • Ability to follow instructions and established routines.

    • Basic understanding of infection control protocols.

    • Customer service-oriented attitude.

    • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.

    • Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


    Medication Administration Technician  


    We are looking for a dedicated Medication Administration Technician (MAT) to join our team and assist in providing exceptional nursing care to our residents. In this role, you will administer physician-ordered medications and treatments under the direction of a licensed nurse. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure continuity of care and deliver consistent, high-quality care.


    Responsibilities:



    • Provide total nursing care to the residents.

    • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

    • Ensure continuity and consistency in resident care.

    • Keep medication room stocked, cleaned, and well organized

    • Follow established routines and instructions.

    • Maintain a basic understanding of infection control protocols.

    • Foster a customer service-oriented attitude in all interactions.


    Requirements:



    • Current Oklahoma MAT certification.

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.

    • Ability to follow instructions and established routines.

    • Basic understanding of infection control protocols.

    • Customer service-oriented attitude.

    • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
