CNA's and Direct Care Hiring Event

Center for Human Development, (CHD), will be hosting a hiring event on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, from 10am-1pm.

CHD’s Adult Mental Health division is looking for new team members! Currently hiring Residential Support Specialists and CNA’s to provide direct care to our clients. The program works with adults in the community who are suffering from various forms of mental illness. We are looking for people who have an interest in psychology and a firm belief that all members of our community should be treated with dignity and respect. 

Locations:

Residential Support Specialists needed in Chicopee and Holyoke, MA.  

CNA’s and Experienced Direct Care Staff are needed in Belchertown, MA.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent


• Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience


• Must have a vehicle for work use and current driver's license


• Ability to complete medication administration training (MAP)


• Preferred candidates have active CPR and First Aid Certifications


• All candidates must complete and pass background record screening process

Pay rate: $20.00/hr. for full and part time, $18.00/hr. for per diem 

Schedules available:

Full time 2^nd shifts: Thu-Sun 4pm-12am and Tue-Sat 4pm-12am

Full time 3^rd shifts: Thu-Sun 12am-8am and Tue-Sat 12am-8am

Per Diem 2^nd and 3^rd openings
