CNC and Set Up Machinist

Northern Iron and Machine is looking for experienced CNC machinist! We are under new ownership, and a part of the Lawton Standard family of foundries.

If you are an experienced CNC Machinist, we have a great opportunity for you!

Pay:

• Starting at $30-$35 (depending on experience)

What is the position and hours?

• Machinist and set up position
• 1st shift-  6:00AM-4:30PM. Monday through Thursday. Mandatory overtime on Fridays when needed.

Minimum requirements:

• 5 years set up on lathes (horizontal mills and lathes preferred)
• Experience running cast iron
• Experience with live tooling
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot programs/tooling for finish and dimensional issues
• Demonstrated ability to edit/program on the control
• Candidates will have to pass physical assessment and have a clear drug screen
